Michael Jimenez was born in Cuba and immigrated to the United States during the Mariel Boatlift. He grew up in Miami, Florida, where he completed his education before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. During his honorable service, Michael attained the rank of Corporal and earned several commendations, including the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with gold star, the Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Medal, and the Overseas Expeditionary Ribbon.
Michael has more than 16 years of experience in the property management field. He began his career as a Maintenance Manager, where he developed a strong foundation in building operations, systems, and maintenance across various property types. While working full time, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
In 2023, Michael joined HSD Holdings as a Property Manager. He oversees the leasing and management of The Professional Center at Riviera Point, a pair of office buildings located in Miramar, Florida, and provides management support for additional assets within the NRNS Acquisition portfolio.
Throughout his career, Michael has successfully leased numerous office spaces and cultivated strong relationships with current tenants. He is an active member of the Miramar and Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce and regularly participates in community events.
A dedicated team player, Michael strives for excellence in all aspects of his work and encourages the same level of commitment from his colleagues. HSD Holdings looks forward to his continued contributions as a valued member of the team and an integral part of the company’s growth.

Throughout his 10-year career, he has successfully managed more than 115 buildings encompassing over 1,300 residential and commercial units, demonstrating a proven ability to scale operations while maintaining exceptional standards of performance and service.
Yoni brings broad expertise across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and retail assets, enabling him to effectively address the unique operational, regulatory, and tenant-related challenges of each property type. His experience spans multiple markets, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, where he has consistently delivered strong results through strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, and proactive asset management. Known for enhancing property value and elevating tenant satisfaction, Yoni is recognized as a trusted leader in the property management industry.
